Up to how many people does the Chalet accommodate?

The Chalet accommodates up to 12 people, but we recommend 10 people to use the common living room.

How is the Chalet structured?

The Chalet is only rented entirely. It is arranged over two floors, which guarantee privacy, in case of families with friends.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, 1,500 € in cash is required, which will be returned on the day of check-out.

What payment methods are accepted for the booking?

At Chalet Charm you can pay by Bank transfer or Credit Card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard).

Are pets allowed?

Yes, dogs are allowed in the Chalet, with an extra cost.

Do you have parking?

Yes, in winter the structure can be reached thanks to a car provided only for you, or with your own car at your discretion and we reserve an external parking lot at the base of the Chalet for your car with the possibility of a cover. In the summer, however, the Chalet is easily accessible even by car and we have a car park immediately outside the structure.

Do you have a relaxation area?

Yes! From Chalet Charm you can relax in the sauna, in the jacuzzi, or in the outdoor tub. In summer you can take advantage of the outdoor solarium.

Is the linen included?

Yes, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included in the price of the stay. For extra linen, it will have an extra cost.

Do you have conventions?

Yes, of course, only for our customers, we provide ski, snowboard and telemark instructors for all ages, single and group lessons, to bes follow you on your holiday. You also get a 10% discount on ski equipment rental and a 5% to 10% discount on your shopping in all Original Galli clothing shops.
